Delicate Moonstone, Ruby, and Sapphire Clover Ring

Small and delicate, this lovely ring was likely a conversion from a stick pin but is even sweeter on the finger. A full moonstone orb, ruby, and sapphire make up a trefoil or clover shape - what luck! - and are a perfect tricolour combination. Each of the stones is worn as expected, with a soft glow to the moonstone and a few scratches and nibbles but still bright finish to the pair of corundum. The stones are all secure in their dainty prong settings, and are wearable and lovable as is, but will need retipping down the line. A low setting makes the piece easy to wear, but due to her narrow band she's not an everyday ring and will do her best with a little babying.

• 10k rosy-yellow gold, unstamped but tested
• Size 5 and do not recommend resizing due to the thinness of the band (there is minor evidence of past resizing)
• One sapphire and one ruby each 3.5mm, full sphere moonstone is approximately 3.2mm in diameter
• Face of ring is 7mm x 8mm, rise is 4.5-5mm (as the moonstone is taller), the band ranges from 1.2-1.4mm wide and 0.5-1mm thick
