CANADA POST STRIKE
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers are once again able to strike as early as May 22, 2025, and we have been keeping a close eye on news of negotiations and updates.
As of May 16, 2025 we are pausing outgoing shipments via Canada Post to avoid the risk of packages becoming stuck in a labour disruption. At this time, we are offering uninsured domestic Canadian deliveries through UPS and fully insured domestic and international deliveries through FedEx. You can select FedEx directly through checkout, however if you wish to use UPS please select Canada Post and leave a note at checkout. If you prefer to have your package held for dispatch until Canada Post services are confirmed to be resumed, please leave a note at checkout.

We currently ship once per week, typically Tuesday. The expected delivery times are from when the package is received by the courier, not when the order is placed. Basic shipping calculates automatically at checkout.

Please keep in mind that we are not able to offer any more information beyond your tracking number when it comes to delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to safely offer local pick up at this time.

Once your shipment has been sent you will receive tracking information.
All orders ship out of Ontario, Canada, and international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any incurred fees, as these are unfortunately out of our control. Items over a certain value threshold, which varies by country, are subject to additional paperwork by the recipient for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for any questions about these charges.
