UPDATE: FedEx Priority shipping is now available at checkout. Within Canada, this typically means overnight shipping, and to the international destinations 1-2 days. Please keep in mind longer processing times to minimize extra contact and continue to keep our communities safe.

 

As of March 2020, orders go out once per week (either Tuesday or Wednesday). Please expect delays as a result of both the reduced shipping days as well as carrier delays. All shipping carriers continue to suspend delivery guarantees. Please keep in mind that we are not able to offer any more information beyond your tracking number when it comes to delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to safely offer local pick up at this time.

 

 

Standard shipping (tracked and insured) is sent via Canada Post, with upgrades available at checkout.

If you prefer another carrier, please send us a quick note before checking out so that we can prepare a quote for you.

Shipment processing typically takes 1-3 days, with shipments going out Monday-Friday (not including holidays); once your shipment has been sent you will receive tracking information.

Please keep in mind that we are based in Toronto, Canada, and that international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any incurred fees, as these are unfortunately out of our control. Items over a certain value threshold, which varies by country, are subject to additional paperwork by the recipient for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for any questions about these charges.
