Broad Art Deco 22k Gold Band 1924

This ring has surely made a deal with the devil (or possibly Isabella Rossellini) in order to glow like this at 95 years old - and whatever this black magic is, we just want to be close to it. At a little over 4mm wide, the band cuts a broad swath of deep yellow gold but a slim fit between the fingers and a smooth comfort fit mean you'll barely notice you're wearing it (if you can manage to tear your eyes away for a moment).

This special piece bears all the softness of a ring that has held a century of love, but a little hidden element - a small "L" stamp tucked in with the hallmarks - let us know that this ring remains the same size today as it was when it was plucked from the shop's stock ten decades ago; the British size L translates to a US size 5.75. While this ring could be sized up or down, there's something special about it having remained intact all this time and we'd love to see her find her Cinderella fit.
