There is something so rich and cinematic about the appearance of this Victorian ring: each stone, alternating sapphire and diamond, is set in its very own rectangular panel with likewise alternating textured edges - the shape feels reminiscent of a film strip. Five stone rings were a favourite of the era, and we love the way they offer broad finger coverage in a low-rise and easy to wear style. While this ring would make a dreamy solo or stacking ring, we also think it would be mightily romantic as an anniversary gift, an alternative engagement or wedding ring, or even a little something old AND blue on a wedding day.

Good antique condition with moderate wear commensurate with age, including a medium-large chip on the pavilion (underside) of centre sapphire. Band remains thick, sturdy, and in excellent condition.
