Classic Antique Ruby and Diamond Star Set Ring

This gorgeous Victorian ring is such a classic style - from the panel-front for easy stacking, the crisp settings, and the simple pairing of diamond and ruby, this ring has so much of what we look for in an everyday piece. Ruby and diamond are low maintenance stones, and combined you get the best of both sparkle and pop of colour. Good antique condition with wear in line with age and use, including surface wear to gold and stones, and very minor evidence of past resizing.

• 15k yellow gold, with British hallmarks for Chester 1896, maker's mark ACC
• Size 7 (note that culets of all three stones emerge slightly from inside of ring, so you may prefer a very slightly looser fit), can be resized within two sizes
• Two natural rubies, one rather peppery old cut diamond
• Face of ring measures 6.5mm wide, 15.3mm across, with a rise of 1.2mm; back of band measures 2.8mm wide and 1.7mm thick
