William Bishop Ford (1832-1922) was a skilled British artist known for his miniature portraits of enamel on porcelain, rendered with lifelike detail. Ford was a pupil of renowned artist and royal enamelist to Queen Victoria, William Essex.
Good antique condition, with visible repairs and wear. c1875. Signed William Bishop Ford. Originally manufactured in the UK.
