This lovely little ring from the 1930s was definitely inspired by the Edwardian era styles that preceded it, along with the styles of the time. Small single cut diamonds are star-set in a plate of white gold, a central heart form flanked buy the worn, lived-in geometry of a square and circle on either side. The face is warmed up by a yellow gold band - pinched shoulders give it a dainty and femme look, despite a solidly sturdy construction. The two-tone build is a classic of both Edwardian and retro styles, and pairs with ease with anything in your jewelry wardrobe. The gallery is simple yet effective - a sweet circular design give the face just enough clearance on a slim line that this ring stacks seamlessly with bands.
