I simply cannot resist this tiny harvest mouse, gingerly crawling up a stalk of wheat. The tiny rodent - one of the smallest species and about half the size of your standard house mouse! - gains its moniker from its life among the cereals and grains, both feeding on the seeds and constructing careful nests on stems high above the ground. This little carb-loading cutie is my idol.
