Elegant Edwardian Diamond Boat Ring

Sometimes called a "boat ring" for the smooth marquise shape of the setting, stone-set rings with a tapered face like this were very popular in Victorian England, carrying over into the Edwardian period as well. Very good antique condition with some wear in line with age and use, including evidence of past resizing that has left ring out of round.

• Size 8.5 (slightly out of round) and can be sized down within two sizes but do not recommend sizing up
• Three old European cut diamonds, approximately 0.36 carat total weight
• Face of ring measures 5.1mm wide, 10.1mm across, with a rise of 3mm; back of band measures 1.4mm wide and 0.6mm thick
