Glamorous Diamond Studded Médaille d'Amour

A beautiful vintage French love token, in a knock-out diamond bordered version. Created by Alphonse Augis and inspired by a letter poet Rosemonde Gérard wrote to her husband, the writer Edmond Rostand, the pendant features a rebus reading "+ qu'hier - que demain" for the lines,

Aujourd'hui plus qu'hier et bien moins que demain."
