A gorgeous silver watch chain with a softly rich patina is among the most versatile pieces you can add to your collection. In its traditional style, the t-bar would slip easily through a button hole on a vest or a top, and at either end a dog clip closure makes for an easy way to attach a pocket watch, a fob, or any selection of tools or charms. Give it a modern twist by doubling it up on your wrist, or by wearing it as a necklace with either the t-bar or clasps hanging from your collarbone. Easily add charms alone or in groups, or add your favourite split ring full of them.

Each link is individually stamped sterling, and the dogclips match, though the t-bar appears to be a later addition. The t-bar slides freely along the chain, making it especially easy to wear it front or back, or as a bracelet.

Lovely antique condition, with wear visible throughout but legible silver stamps and all parts functioning well.
