A crisp, 22k coin of gold dangling around your neck - we love the simple luxury of wearing a literal investment piece like this! Sovereigns are British gold coins, in production since 1817, initially used as currency but now mostly limited to investment and collector's pieces. This 1973 sovereign is a unique one, as the Royal Mint did not produce one that year, but the Pobjoy Mint (a private mint) issued the Isle Of Man sovereign, featuring Queen Elizabeth II and a Norse warrior. Held secure in a 9k frame for easy wear as a chic necklace.
Very good vintage condition, frame is secure but not snug.
