A Canadian love story: Vera and George fell in love, and on Satuday, September 11, 1954, they married one another, and Vera slipped this classic gold ring with the most subtle scalloped detail along the edge onto her beloved's finger. Birks has been a favourite brand in Canadian jewelry since its founding in 1879, and Vera and George would have been sure they were investing in a trusted and respected name.
Excellent vintage condition, with hand engraved personal inscription and trademark crisp and clear.
