Minimalist Scottish Rite Masonic Ring

A decidedly minimalist take on Masonic insignia, this subtle band is a ring of the Scottish Rite, for the 14th degree. The face of the ring features the Hebrew letter yodh inside an equilateral triangle, which represents omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience - both references to deity. Inside, the band is engraved with the Latin phrase, "Virtus Junxit Mors Non Separabit," which translates to, "whom virtue unites, death will not separate."
Whether a reminder of a loved one who was a mason, because the phrase speaks to you, or you're just super interested in The Curse of Oak Island, this piece is the perfect balance between being mysterious and a conversation starter.
Very good estate condition, with wear to enamel and minor evidence of resizing.
Details:
• 10k yellow gold, stamped
• Face of ring decorated with deep blue enamel
• Size 8 5/8, can be lightly resized
• 6.1mm wide, 1mm thick
• 3.9g
