Mystic Victorian Moonstone Pinky Ring

A crystal ball delicately clutched in talons of gold, this tiny moonstone ring is a witchy dream. A soft blue-white glow comes from within the moonstone sphere, while the gold band has taken on a deep patina over generations. Inside the band, faint markings remain just out of reach, like so many secrets this ring must hold.
Good antique condition, with wear in line with age: a deep patina, thin band, and evidence of past sizing are visible. Note that what appears as a crack through the stone is internal fracture (a feature that natural moonstones are known for), and not surface-reaching. However, keep in mind that rings worn on pinkies often take a little bit more of a beating than those tucked on inner fingers, and that internal cleavage can turn into a major crack if the stone takes a blow.
Details:
• 10k yellow gold, unstamped but tested
• Size 3.75 with very limited resizing possible
• One full sphere natural moonstone approximately 3.8mm in diameter
• Face of ring measures 4.8mm x 4.3mm with a rise of 5.2mm, back of band measures 1.8mm wide and 0.7mm thick
• 0.9g
